Joe Barry Carroll was a very solid center for the Golden State Warriors

Joe Barry Carroll played for the Warriors for 7 years and he appeared in 491 games in which he averaged 35.5 minutes, 20.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.7 blocked shots per game. He is #2 in Warriors’ history in blocked shots (836) and he is also #9 in points scored (9,996) in Warriors’ history. Carroll was never the same after he moved on from the Warriors, with whom he started his NBA career. He was one of the better offensive players in the league while he was a member of the Golden State Warriors.

Stephen Curry had another solid year for the Golden State Warriors

23-year old SG/PG Stephen Curry had another solid season for he Warriors. He played in 74 games (all starts) for the Warriors last year and he averaged 33.6 minutes, 18.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 1.5 steals per game. Curry shot an amazing 93.4% from the free throw line last year as he hit 212 of 227 of them! Curry has now played in 151 games (all starts) in his first two years with the Warriors and he has averaged 35.0 minutes, 18.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.7 steals per game. He has shot well from everywhere on the court as he has hit 47% from the floor, 43.9% from three point range and 91.1% from the free throw line so far in his NBA career. The best is yet to come from Curry down the road.

Monta Ellis was awesome for the Golden State Warriors in 2010-11

25-year old SG/PG Monta Ellis stayed healthy last year and he turned in his best NBA season yet. Ellis played in 80 games (all starts) for the Warriors last year and he averaged 40.3 minutes, 24.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 2.1 steals per game. He has now played in 376 games (297 starts) in his first six years with the Warriors and he is averaging 35.5 minutes, 19.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.7 steals per game. Ellis is starting to move up in the record books for the Warriors. He is #10 in Warriors’ history in three pointers made (301) and he is also #6 in steals with 638 of them.
