Golden State Warriors 120, Oklahoma City Thunder 117

The Warriors outscored the Thunder 64-54 in the second half earlier tonight to prevail. Monta Ellis returned to action tonight after missing some games with the nasty case of the flu and he finished with 27 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocked shots. Stephen Curry was also outstanding with 25 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the Warriors tonight. Reggie Williams finished up with 20 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in 42 minutes off the bench as he continues to be outstanding for the Warriors. Corey Maggette (15 points in 22 minutes) and Anthony Tolliver (14 points, 13 rebounds) both also pitched in helping the Warriors to victory. The Warriors are now 25-55 on the season.

    This team can play offense, no doubt. It’s the D that is always the issue. At least they can build around Curry for the future.

    I agree with you Dave. But they need to bring in some guys to hit the boards. You can’t get outrebounded every night in the NBA and be competitive.
