The Golden State Warriors waive Raja Bell
The Warriors have waived shooting guard Raja Bell who is recovering from wrist surgery. Bell played in only 1 game with the Warriors this season. In that game he played 23 minutes, scored 11 points, grabbed 2 rebounds and dished out 3 assists. The Warriors have used Bell’s roster spot to sign rookie forward Reggie Williams for the rest of the year. Williams has played in 12 games (1 start) for the Warriors so far this season and he is averaging 24.8 minutes, 14.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. It looks like the Warriors found a pretty good player in the D-League as Williams has hit the ground running to start his NBA career.
