The Warriors shot 52.3% from the floor which was the biggest reason for the win last night in New Orleans. Stephen Jackson led the way for the Warriors with 26 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists. Baron Davis did a solid job of running the offense as he finished with 23 points, 3 rebounds and 9 assists. Matt Barnes got a rare start and he made it count as he scored 17 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished out 2 assists. The Warriors are now 28-19 on the season.

Houston Rockets 111, Golden State Warriors 107

The Warriors just couldn’t keep up with the Rockets on Tuesday Night. Stephen Jackson led the way for the Warriors with 25 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Baron Davis only shot 6 of 22 from the floor but he still finished with 21 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Monta Ellis pitched in with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. The Warriors are now 27-19 on the season.

The Golden State Warriors sign forward Chris Webber

The Warriors have signed 34-year old forward Chris Webber for the rest of the season. Webber played in 61 games (60 starts) last season for the Sixers and Pistons and he averaged 29.9 minutes, 11.2 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. Webber has now played in 822 games (819 starts) in his NBA career and he is averaging 37.4 minutes, 20.9 points, 9.8 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocks per game. This was a good signing for the Warriors as long as Webber can keep up with the frantic pace of the Warriors on both sides of the basketball court.

The Warriors outscored the Knicks 59-52 to surge to a home win on Sunday Night. Stephen Jackson led the way for the Warriors on Sunday with 25 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Baron Davis did a great job of running the offense with 22 points, 2 rebounds, 9 assists and 2 blocked shots. Monta Ellis pitched in with 24 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals. Andris Biedrins ruled the paint in this game as he finished with 11 points, 26 rebounds and 2 assists. The Warriors are now 27-18 on the season with this win.

Golden State Warriors 121, New Jersey Nets 119

The Warriors outscored the Nets 39-29 in the 4th quarter to pull out a nice win last night. The fact that the Warriors shot 50.6% from the floor trumped the fact that the Nets outrebounded them 60-40. Monta Ellis led the way for the Warriors with 39 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals. Baron Davis was outstanding in running the offense with 25 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 steals. Al Harrington chipped in with 19 points and 2 rebounds off of the bench. The Warriors improved to 26-18 on the season with this win.
