The Warriors making move for playoffs

Blogged under Bloglockers, Front Page by Nothing but Net on Tuesday 6 February 2007 at 12:31 pm

The Golden State Warriors are 23-26 and sitting 1.5 games behind the Denver Nuggets for the #8 spot in the Western Conference playoffs. If the Warriors are to make a serious move towards the playoffs they will need to improve their defense as they 107.3 points per game which is the worst in the NBA. They also need to hit the boards harder as they only get 47.1% of the total rebounds in their games, which is also worst in the league. Those problems are likely caused by their explosive offense, because it’s hard to get back on defense when you push the ball on offense.
